3.7.3 HTTP
This tab allows you to enable/disable the HTTP protocol for the web server
and specify the settings required for HTTP.
The web server provides the graphical user interface via an unencrypted
HTTP connection. The graphical user interface communicates with the
device based on SNMP and enables access to the management functions.
The device supports up to 10 simultaneous connections via HTTP or HTTPS.

Parameters Meaning
Operation Enables/disables the HTTP protocol for the web server.
Possible values:
"Off"
The HTTP protocol is disabled.
"On" (default setting)
The HTTP protocol is enabled.
The management functions of the device are accessible through an
unencrypted HTTP connection.
Note: When the HTTPS protocol is disabled and you also disable HTTP,
then the graphical user interface is unaccessible. To work with the
graphical user interface, enable the HTTP server via the Command Line
Interface.
Parameters Meaning
TCP Port Specifies the number of the TCP port on which the web server receives
HTTP requests from clients.
Possible values:
1..65535
(default setting:
80
)
Exception: Port
2222
is reserved for internal functions.
