1. Put on an anti-static wrist strap.
2. Remove the target PCI expansion blade.

3. Open the top cover of the PCI expansion blade.

4. While holding the two portions marked with white circle, pull up the PCI
blade card adapter F/H straight upward.
5. Pull out the Fusion-io flash drive from the card adapter F/H.
