5. Remove a cable from the failed FC port.
6. While holding the pull tab of the optical module, pull out the module
straight forward.

1. Put on an anti-static wrist strap.
2. If the dust cap is put in the spare SFP+ module as shown in the following
figure, remove it first.

3. Close the lever, and then push in the SFP+ module.
