ACC/DEC time is the time needed from 0r/min to the rated (3000r/min by default) speed under
the reference command. When the reference speed is higher than or less than the rated speed,
the actual ACC/DEC time will be accounted according to the percentage. If the speed is negative,
the absolute value will be used to count the time.
