Set the fine tuning of medium frequency vibration control filter time 2, which can be calculated
automatically based on P2.54 [medium frequency vibration control frequency]. Users can carry out
fine tuning via this parameter.
Set whether speed observer is valid via this parameter.
This parameter is used to set the gain of the speed observer. Increasing the setting value may
increase the response speed of the actual speed, but the vibration and noise may be raised too.
