5. Service Application Software
Pumps/Evacuation pump/Sensors
Cassette in Place 0 = No cassette 1 = Cassette in place
Cover in place 0 = Cover open 1 = Cover closed
STM
Initialize Rack (M1)
Brings a rack forward and moves it to the initial position.
Move Next (MN)
Advances rack to the next tube position.
Read Barcode (BC)
Scans the barcode.
Clear Rack (CR)
Clears and ejects the specimen rack.
Sensors
Tube Detect 0 = No tube 1 = Tube present
Tube detect (raw) Hex value of tube detector output
Barcode Barcode read by scanner
FBA
Pumps/Sheath pump/Sensors
Cassette in Place 0 = No cassette 1 = Cassette in place
Cover in place 0 = Cover open 1 = Cover closed
Pumps/Cannula pump/Sensors
Cassette in Place 0 = No cassette 1 = Cassette in place
