9. Preventive Maintenance
Adjustment verifications
The following alignment procedures are performed from the service
application software.
All adjustment procedures are described in chapter 4 of the service
manual.
Sampler calibration
From the iQ
®
200 service software verify the rack position adjustment in
front of the tube detector, record the correct calibration value of cal [0]
“Delta position from Home to Tube”.
Tube detector verification
1. Verify, and adjust if necessary, the threshold value of the tube
detector and record the value of cal [8] “tube Detector
Threshold Adjust”.
Barcode scanner alignment verification
1. Use the Barcode Utility Software and verify the scanner alignment.
Adjust if necessary.
