Troubleshooting Guide
System locked up
System fails to start measuring or takes excessive time to start
measuring.
Instrument is waiting for chemistry result (2min wait time)
System is offline
Low or empty Lamina
1. Check Lamina reservoir
2. Check for kinked Lamina tubing
3. Check if the fill pump is running
Peristaltic pump housing interlock
1. Check cassette sensor
2. Check locking screw sensor
Air system not pressurizing
1. Leak in air system
2. Check if the air pump is running
Auto focus failure
Camera cable is not connected to the RP computer
Could not capture background
1. Field of view of flow cell is not complete. Perform collimation.
2. Light level incorrectly set due to high light level set size per hex.

3. Strobe bulb failure
Flow errors
1. Run control rack
2. Verify proper flow using Runfile analyzer
3. Possible fluidic obstruction or loose fitting within fluidic path
Focus is too far out for system to find starting point
1. Perform manual focus in Service mode
Failed OBA nudger
1. Verify that nudger operates in Service mode
