6. Troubleshooting
No cells are visible
1. Verify using Runfile analyzer
2. Instrument is out of focus
3. Loose fitting in fluidic path
4. Clogged sample filter
5. Flow cell out of lateral position
iQ 200 fails to go to Standby
Low or empty Lamina
1. Check Lamina reservoir
2. Check for kinked Lamina tubing
3. Check fill pump operation
Peristaltic Pump housing interlock
1. Check cassette sensors (EP, LP, CP)
2. Check locking screw sensor (EP, LP, CP)
Air system not pressurizing
1. Leak in air system
2. Check if the air pump is running
3. Check air pressure system for leaks
SPA not homing
1. Horizontal not homing
2. Vertical not homing
3. Perform a SPA calibration procedure
STM fails to operate
1. Cabling problem between STM and STM SIC board
ID errors / Mismatch
1. Labels not aligned properly on the rack
2. Poor label quality
3. Focus or control label is in wrong position on Control rack
4. Symbology not set properly on reader
5. Barcode reader is misaligned
6. “White space” or “quiet zone” is too small
7. Labels too high or too low on tube
