4. Adjustments
Barcode Reader Alignment
NOTE: The light beam from the Barcode Reader is of low intensity and
usually difficult to see. Reducing the ambient light will increase the
visibility of the beam.
Material Required
Routine Rack
16 x 100 mm glass test tube
Barcode reader alignment tool PN 725-3090
Barcode reader Y cable PN 250-3084
Barcode Reader Field Software PN 700-3110
Procedure
Make sure the Sampler Calibration has been performed.
Prepare Barcode Reader Connections
1. Turn the iQ200 microscopy unit off.
2. Remove the Lower Front Panel assembly.
3. Use the Barcode Reader “Y” cable (IRIS part# 250-3084) for RS232
and 5 VDC power connection to the Barcode Reader.
