6. Troubleshooting
Sequential flag errors
1. Light level incorrectly set due to high light level cal. value
2. Debris on flow cell viewing area
3. Loose fitting in fluidic system
4. Bad strobe bulb
Image acquisition errors
1. Loose camera cable
2. Faulty camera
3. Faulty frame grabber board in PC
Valve failure to open or close
1. Valve is disconnected
2. Cold Valve
3. Valve failure
System does not go into Standby mode
1. Computer is not ON
2. No serial connection between iQ 200 and Computer
3. Restart Computer needed after error
4. Computer “sedmod.exe” application is not running
Samples take more than 60 seconds to process and complete
Low or empty Lamina
1. Check Lamina reservoir fluid volume and sensor status
2. Check for kinked Lamina tubing
3. Verify fill pump operation
Air system not pressurizing
1. Verify air pump operation
2. Air pressure leak within the air system
Positive control failure
1. Peri pump cassettes worn
2. REF Calibration needed
3. Loose fluidic path fitting
4. Obstruction in fluidic path (sample filter)
5. Flow cell failure
