9. Preventive Maintenance
Surface clean-up
1. Clean all instrument external surfaces. Special care must be
given to the STM module. For the clean–up, use Iris System
Cleanser diluted to 1:10 and lint free paper towels, use protective
gloves.
Fluidic system flush
1. Prepare a CONTROL rack with Iris System Cleanser solution in
position 1 and two (2) tubes of Iris Diluent in positions 2 and 3.
2. Run this rack three (3) times.
