How to Execute a Continuous Sweep
To execute a continuous wavelength sweep over the range 1520 nm to
1560 nm, three times, at a speed of 5 nm/s:
1 Move to the Tunable Laser channel and press [Details].
2Move to [Sweep Mode] and press Enter.
3 Move to the <Continuous> sweep mode and press ENTER.
4Move to [
λ Start] and press Enter.
5 Enter 1520.000 and press Enter.
Continuous sweep mode is not available for all tunable laser models.
Only the 81602A, 81606A, 81607A, 81608A and 81960A allow choosing
a repeat mode for a continuous sweep. To manually select two way
continuous sweeps for these models, first select Stepped Sweep mode,
then select two way Repeat mode, and then return to Continuous Sweep
mode.
