9 Switching Optical Routes
Typical Applications
This section provides some examples of typical test configurations that
demonstrate how a 8159xB Optical Switch module can be used to achieve
test automation, and improve test repeatability.
Selecting a Laser Source
In Figure 146 on page -244, a 81591B 1x2 Optical Switch is used to select
one of two different sources (different wavelengths) as the input to the
DUT.
