7 Return Loss Measurement
81613A Return Loss modules
81613A Return Loss modules include a power sensor, monitor diode, three
couplers, and two internal laser source in one module. They are for use in
the 8163B Lightwave Multimeter, the 8164A/B Lightwave Measurement
System, and the 8166A/B Lightwave Multichannel System for making
return loss measurements.
