How to Access Applications
You can access these applications for the Keysight 8163A/B Lightwave
Multimeter or Keysight 8164A/B Lightwave Measurement System by
pressing the Appl hardkey, the Applications Menu appears, as shown in
Figure 23 on page -53. See Applications on page -247 for further details.

These applications are not available for the 8166A/B Lightwave
Multichannel System.
The Return Loss Application is only available for the 8163B Lightwave
Multimeter.
