Result Key Group
Result Key Group
Press the Result key to display the following softkeys for displaying the
measurement, limit test, and trace results.
Measure Displays the measurement result. See “Measure Result Dialog Box” on page 185.
Limit Test Displays the limit test result. See “Limit Test Result Dialog Box” on page 185.
Trace Displays the trace result. See “Trace Statistical Result Dialog Box” on page 186.
Measure Result Dialog Box
This dialog box is used to display the last single (one shot) measurement result
(maximum 100000 data) or the last repeat (continuous) measurement result
(maximum 1000 data), stored in the data buffer.
The result data is shown in the index and data table below the Type field. Also, the
data is plotted in the graph area above the Points fields.
Type Type of data to display
AMPS: Current measurement data
COUL.: Charge measurement data (B2985B/B2987B)
VOLTS: Voltage measurement data (B2985B/B2987B)
OHMS: Resistance data (B2985B/B2987B)
MATH: Calculation result data of math expression
TIME: Time data
Points Number of data points.
Max. Y-axis maximum value of the graph.
Min. Y-axis minimum value of the graph.
Limit Test Result Dialog Box
This dialog box provides the following GUI for displaying the limit test result. The
result data is shown in the data list area below the Length field.
