Setup Integrity Checker
This section explains about the Setup Integrity Checker and consists of the
following sections.
• “Introduction”
• “Operation”
• “Performing Noise Check”
• “Considering Noise Reduction”
• “Execution Examples”
The "SIC" (Setup Integrity Checker) license is required to enable this noise
checking function. See “File Key Group” on page 187 for the license.
Introduction
The setup integrity checker enables you to confirm the noise level (variation in
current) under your measurement environment using your present measurement
conditions (aperture time, measurement range, filter setting, and so on)
This function displays the Variance Ratio between the variation in current
(Reference), when the input switch of the ammeter is OFF, and the current
variation (Target), when the input switch of ammeter is ON, that means the noise
level under your measurement environment.
The setup integrity checker is helpful for the efficient countermeasures against
noise under your measurement environment. You can perform the noise checks
under different measurement connections and compare the results of them to
identify where the problem is. This enables you to take efficient countermeasures
on your measurement environment and get the noiseless and reliable
measurement data.
