Software and Drivers
This section introduces software and drivers available for Keysight B2980.
• Keysight Quick IV Measurement Software
PC-based measurement control software. This powerful software makes it easy
to quickly setup and perform I/V measurements and to display the
measurement data in a table or graph without the need to perform any
programming. The software allows you to control up to four B2900 channels
over a GPIB or LAN connection, or one B2900 instrument via a USB
connection.
System requirements:
• Windows 10 (32bit/64bit), 8.1 (32bit/64bit)
• Microsoft .NET framework 4.5.2 or later
• Keysight IO Libraries Suite 17.0 or later
• Graphical Web Interface
Web browser based instrument control panel. It enables you to set up and
perform a measurement easily and quickly from a web browser using the
built-in web server. This allows you to control one B2980 over a LAN
connection.
• IVI-C or IVI-COM drivers
Compatible with Keysight IO Libraries Suite 17.0 or later. Supports Keysight
VEE, Microsoft Visual Studio (Visual Basic, Visual C, Visual C#), National
Instruments LabWindows and LabVIEW.
• LabVIEW driver (VI)
National Instruments LabVIEW 8.5/2010 or later. LabVIEW drivers are
available at NI.COM.
