Before Using Battery
Supplemental Characteristics
• Charge temperature: 0 C to 35 C
• Discharge temperature: 20 C to 55 C
• Storage temperature
Maximum: 20 C to 60 C
Recommended: 20 C to 25 C
Extended storage at > 40 C can degrade battery performance and life. Do
not store batteries longer than 1 month in discharged state. Also do not store
batteries longer than 1 year without recharge.
• Operating time: 7 hours (B2983B), 5 hours (B2987B)
• Recharging time to 100 % capacity
Operating: 7 hours with 1 A charge current
Non-operating: 3.5 hours with 2 A charge current
• Battery life: > 300 cycles with minimum 75 % of initial capacity at 25 C
operating temperature, 4.6 A charge current, and 4.6 A discharge current
