Display Key Group
Pref. (B2985B/B2987B) Displays the Display Preference dialog box used to set the
preference for front panel operation. See “Display Preference Dialog Box” on
page 197.
Display Preference Dialog Box
(B2985B/B2987B) This dialog box provides the following parameter for the front
panel operation.
The following setting is saved to the non-volatile memory.
Dual Measure Result
Display Displays or hides the secondary measurement result value on
the Meter view, ON or OFF
Immediate Voltage
Update by Knob Selects the channel operation when the voltage source output
value is changed by using the digit pointer and the rotary knob
(or Range /Range key).
ON Real time update ON
Turning the rotary knob changes the display
value and updates the voltage source
output in real time.
In this status, the decimal point cannot be
moved by the digit pointer.
OFF Real time update OFF
Turning the rotary knob just changes the
display value. The value is applied to the
voltage source output by pressing the rotary
knob.
Temperature Displays or hides the temperature measurement data on the
Meter view, ON or OFF. To specify the thermometer to be used,
set the following parameter to the “at” field.
THERMOCOUPLE (THERMO.): Uses the K-type thermocouple.
HUMIDITY SENSOR (HUMID.): Uses a thermometer in the
humidity sensor.
Humidity Displays or hides the humidity measurement data on the Meter
view, ON or OFF.
