Front Panel Reference
I/O Key Group
DIO Displays the following softkeys for managing the Digital I/O interface.
Config Displays the DIO Configuration dialog box used to set the
configuration of the Digital I/O interface. See “DIO
Configuration Dialog Box” on page 194.
R/W Displays the DIO Read/Write dialog box used to read or write a
value set to the Digital I/O interface. See “DIO Read/Write
Dialog Box” on page 194.
BNC Displays the BNC Configuration dialog box used to set the configuration of the
Trigger In and Trigger Out BNC connectors. See “BNC Configuration Dialog Box”
on page 195.
Data Output Format
Press the Format softkey to display the following softkeys for setting the format
and elements of the output data.
Measure Displays the Format (Measure) dialog box used to set the
elements of the measurement data output. See “Format
(Measure) Dialog Box” on page 192.
Math/Limit Displays the Format (Math/Limit) dialog box used to set the
elements of the math result data output and the limit test result
data output. See “Format (Math/Limit) Dialog Box” on
page 192.
Trace Displays the Format (Trace) dialog box used to set the
elements of the trace data output. See “Format (Trace) Dialog
Box” on page 192.
Data Type Specifies the data output format. The present setting is
displayed on the softkey label. Press this key to change the
present format.
ASCII ASCII format
REAL32 IEEE-754 single precision format, 4-byte
REAL64 IEEE-754 double precision format, 8-byte
Data Swap Enables or disables the byte swap for the IEEE-754 precision
format data output. The present setting is displayed on the
softkey label. Press this key to switch the present setting.
OFF Disables the byte swap. Normal byte order.
