Length Data length
The limit test data contains the following information.
(aaaaa) BIN: bb DATA: +c.ccccccE+dd
(aaaaa) Data index aaaaa
BIN: Bin number bb (01 to 12)
The bin numbers 1 to 12 are associated with the index numbers
1 to 12. See “Limit Test Setup Dialog Box” on page 180.
If the limit test data is out of the bins, 00 is set for the GRADING
mode and 15 is set for the SORTING mode.
DATA: Limit test data +c.ccccccE+dd
Trace Statistical Result Dialog Box
This dialog box provides the following GUI for displaying the trace statistical
result. The result data is displayed in the Mean, Std. Dev., Min., and Max. fields.
Feed Type of data to display, SENSE, MATH, or LIMIT
SENSE: Measurement result data
MATH: Calculation result data of math expression
LIMIT: Limit test data
Element Element type of the measurement result data to display. This is
available only when the Feed parameter is set to SENSE.
AMPS: Current measurement data
COUL.: (B2985B/B2987B) Charge measurement data
VOLTS: (B2985B/B2987B) Voltage measurement data
OHMS: (B2985B/B2987B) Resistance data
