Voltage Source (B2985B/B2987B)
Voltage source on B2985B/B2987B can apply not only a constant voltage but also
a staircase voltage, a list sweep voltage, and a square waveform voltage.
Staircase Sweep Output
Voltage source supports two shapes of staircase sweep output, as shown in Figure
5-4. The B2985B/B2987B can perform the measurement for each sweep step
while the voltage source performs the sweep output, as shown in Figures Figures
5-2 and 5-4.
