CLUTCH
Disconnecting Front Wheel Drive Shaft Coupling (4WD Model
Only)
1. Remove the propeller shaft cover mounting bolts (M5) (7).
2. Slide the propeller shaft cover (4), (8).
3. Remove the spring pin (2).
4. Disconnect the coupling (1) from the front axle drive shaft.
(When reassembling)
• Apply grease to the splines of propeller shaft 1 (3).

Disconnecting Hydraulic Hose and Pipes
1. Slide the hose bands (1) and disconnect the inlet hose (2) from
the hydraulic pump.
2. Remove the joint bolt (6) and disconnect the PTO clutch delivery
pipe (3) from the regulator valve (7).
3. Remove the 3-points delivery pipe (4).

Separating Engine and Clutch Housing Case
1. Support the flywheel housing case with a disassembling stand.
2. Support the mid case with a disassembling stand.
3. Remove the engine and clutch housing case mounting bolts and
nuts.
4. Separate the engine and the clutch housing case.
(When reassembling)
• Apply grease to the spline of clutch shaft.
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1208D or equivalent) to joint
face of the flywheel housing and clutch housing.
