CLUTCH
Removing Steering Support Plates, Accelerating Wire and
Clutch Rod
1. Removing the steering support plates (1), (4).
2. Remove the snap pin (2) and disconnect the accelerating wire
(3).
3. Remove the split pin (6) from the clutch rod (5). Disconnect the
clutch rod (5) from the clutch lever.
4. Remove the ground lead mounting bolt (8) from the steering post.
5. Remove the fuel tank stay mounting bolts (7) from the clutch
housing case.
6. Set the front axle rocking restrictor (10) to the front axle.
(When reassembling)
• Reinstall the wiring harness to the original position referring to the
pictures.
