When Reassembling Shaft Assemblies to Clutch Housing
1. Install the 18T PTO gear shaft (2) to the clutch housing (1).
2. Prepare the box.
3. Turn the clutch housing (1) on the box to install the shaft
assemblies (3), (7), (8).
4. Install the 21T PTO gear shaft (3) little as shown in the figure.
5. After setting the shift folks and shift rods (5), (6) to the synchro-
counter shaft assembly (7), install the synchro-counter shaft
assembly (7) and the PTO counter shaft (8) together to the clutch
housing (1).
6. Turn the clutch housing case horizontally.
7. Install the spring and the ball to hole (A), (B).
8. Install the shift rod (5), (6) to the clutch housing (1) using the ball
guides.
9. Install the clutch housing bearing holder (1) to the shaft
assemblies (3), (7), (8).
10.Set the clutch housing bearing holder mounting bolts (11).
11.Install the three interlock balls (9) and clutch housing bearing
holder (1).
Set the stopper bolt (10).
12.Tighten the clutch housing bearing holder mounting bolts (11) to
the specified tightening torques.
