Why do white round spots appear on recorded Leica Digital Camera pictures?
    • J
      Jeffrey BuckSep 23, 2025
If you take a picture with the flash in a dark place or indoors, white round spots may appear on the picture caused by the flash reflecting particles of dust in the air. This is not a fault.

Why does my Leica C Digital Camera take multiple pictures with one shutter press?
    • R
      Ronald MillerAug 25, 2025
If the camera is set to [Auto Bracket] or [Burst], this can cause the camera to take multiple pictures when the shutter button is pressed. Adjust the camera settings accordingly.

What to do if motion picture recording stops midway on Leica Digital Camera?
    • O
      oterryAug 26, 2025
If the surrounding temperature is high, or a motion picture is recorded continuously, recording may be stopped halfway through to protect the camera. Also, consider that with some memory cards, access display may appear briefly after recording, and recording may end midway. Use a card of SD Speed “Class 4” or higher. If recording stops even when using a card of the recommended speed class, the data writing speed has dropped. If this happens, we recommend backing up the data on the memory card and formatting it.

    • S
      Susan RamirezAug 27, 2025
The charging lamp may turn off prematurely if charging is performed in a place with extremely high or low temperature. Reconnect the supplied USB cable and retry charging in a place where ambient temperature is 10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F).

Why is folder or file number displayed as [-] and picture is black on Leica C?
    • C
      Christopher OnealSep 14, 2025
Use [Format] to delete the picture that was edited on a computer or taken on a different device. This can cause the folder/file number to be displayed as [-] and the picture to appear black. The battery was removed immediately after the picture was taken, or the picture was taken with low battery capacity.
