• 2 tank and buffer tank
If a "2 tank and buffer tank" system is being used, switching (by means of the hotkey) is necessary between
the main tank and buffer tank (figure 4.8).
If the milk delivery line is connected to the buffer tank, the hotkey LED (green) will be permanently on (main
tank can be emptied). For switching back, the same hotkey is used. The CRS+ screen indicates the tank to
which the milk is routed while the hotkey LED will be blinking red.
Control of the three-way valves is as follows:
- Routing of milk to main tank:
Main tank three-way valve functions normally (tank position during milking, sewer position during
cleaning of milk delivery line)
Buffer tank three-way valve is fixed in the sewer position.
- Routing of milk to buffer tank:
Main tank three-way valve is fixed in the sewer position.
Buffer tank three-way valve functions normally (tank position during milking, sewer position during
cleaning of milk delivery line)
• 1 tank buffervessel Boetech
If a "1 tank buffervessel Boetech" system is used, the same milk collection procedure applies that was
described before (see description "1 tank auto start").
• 1 tank buffervessel Del
Operates the same as "1 tank auto start" system.
4.5.9 Interaction with HUBBLE tank and cleaning guard
The HUBBLE tank and cleaning guard checks the following:
• Cleaning of milk tank
• Cleaning of milk delivery line from milking robots → milk tank
• Storing conditions for milk in milk tank
In the milk tank cleaning process, the HUBBLE
®
can prevent the milking robots from being put into operation. Any
alarm messages that may be generated by the HUBBLE
®
are forwarded to the CRS+.
