If an incorrect field was opened with the C(Clear)-button, press the reset button (G8) to
close the field again and save the original data.
2.4.1 Changing of cow data
Changing of cow data in the robot by means of the control panel is not recommended. The data in the X-pert
system usually has priority over the robot data.
During an intermediate communication session between the X-pert, the VCPC (Cattle Code Process Controller)
and the milking robot, data can be reset to their original value in the X-pert system.
For changing of cow data proceed as follows:
• Use the function keys (G1-G7) to retrieve the displays which need to be
changed.
• Press the C(Clear)-button.
The display starts to blink and the dashes on the screen indicate which digits
can be changed.
If an incorrect field was opened, press the (G8) key to close it again. The
original display will return unchanged.
• Enter the required digits. For screens in which you need to enter N (No) or Y
(Yes), you should use "0" for no and "1" for yes. If you accidentally entered an
incorrect value, press the C-button and then enter the correct value.
• Press the E(Enter)-button to register the cow data.
An opened screen is displayed for approximately 10 seconds after which it is closed without any changes.
Consecutive actions should be carried out within this period of time.
Change of milk yield value:
During milking a manual entry can be made of the milk yield value (display should state: MILK ###).
1) Press the C(Clear)-button
2) Enter the milk yield
3) Press the E(Enter)-button
As a result of these actions the measured value is replaced with the value which was entered. The green lamp
(10) illuminates or starts blinking. The T4C
1
/X-pert system also indicates if the milk yield was entered manually.
TEMP ###
O/I maximum measured milk temperature of the cow.
TEMPT ###
O temperature test value is a calculated value for the maximum
temperature allowed for the milk.
1) T4C = Time for cows (where fitted)
