The vacuum level during milking can be adjusted in this screen.
In this screen the vacuum level during cleaning can be adjusted. During
cleaning operations the vacuum level is reduced to extract less heat from the
cleaning water.
Used for German disinfection systems.
Choose menu "Special adjust." then select "valve 8".
Preselect the time allowing the concentration of Astri
®
-L
to be directed
towards the jetters. Valve 8 starts to operate (blowing), at the time the robot
arm moves up towards the jetters, in order to start a LELYWASH
®
.
There is an option to use air during the main cleaning. This means that during
a pre-rinse and hot wash, air is blown through the blow empty valve, for a
predetermined time (set time). During an after-rinse the robot will not blow.
Recommended time is 0 seconds.
3.4.5 Cleaning
This screen is shown before and after a cleaning session. Prior to a cleaning
session the milk is blown from the delivery lines and after a cleaning session
the water is blown from the delivery lines.
This screen displays the course of the cleaning programme.
The adjacent screen, for instance, shows that the cleaning tank has been
filled up to the maximum level.
3.4.6 AlarmReset
If an alarm is generated, select the menu AlarmReset to check which part is
responsible for the alarm. A possible cause of the error is also displayed.
Not every screen has enough space to display the option "no". This option
can be selected, however, by pressing the Selection key down (5, figure 3.2).
3.4.7 Cleanlaser
The option Cleanlaser is used for daily maintenance operations. By selecting
this menu, the robot arm is lowered and the teat cups are disengaged. The
laser screen is now easy accessible for cleaning.
As soon as the teat cups have been disengaged, the cup liners can be
replaced and the outside of the cups cleaned. This action can be ended by
pushing the stop-button (6, figure 3.2).
