4.4 DESCRIPTION OF CRS+
MENU STRUCTURE
During start-up of CRS+ the message "INIT/COM" (short for communication) is displayed, in combination with a
blinking power LED under "System check" (see example 1). Once the system start-up is complete, the screen
displays the following:
Example 1
:
The above screen displays the actual software version (e.g. 02.01), system status (e.g. OK), the number of robot
systems (e.g. 3) as well as the CRS address (e.g. 1801) including the addresses of the robots of that particular
cluster (e.g. 1102, 1201 and 1301). After the system was judged OK, this screen information remains visible during
approx. 10 seconds. Thereafter, the so-called status screen is displayed.
Example 2
:
This screen displays the following information:
• Destination of milk/water (sewer/main tank/buffer tank)
• Main cleaning status (stand-by/main cleaning)
• Pre-cooler status (stand-by/emptying)(cluster operation: out oper.)
• Number of active alarms
• Actual time (RH bottom)
NOTE
• If a fresh alarm is generated (visible on the status screen), the so-called "List of active alarms" will become
visible automatically.
• If there are active alarms, these can be visualised directly on the screen via the arrow buttons ↑ and ↓.
• If menu selections were not made during a period of approx. 5 minutes, the background lighting of the CRS+
control panel is switched off automatically.
• If the CRS+
control panel remains out of operation for 20 minutes, then the system automatically switches
from the menu screen that was selected most recently to the status screen (figure 4.20).
• After pressing the ENTER key (figure 4.2) you leave the status screen and the following main menu options
can be selected (see menu structure fold-out chart for CRS+).
