3.4.4 Adjust
The settings of the milking robot can be changed in the menu "Adjust". Think carefully about the consequences
before changing anything. The service mechanic is the most appropriate person to adjust the settings, since he
has the most experience with the machine.
Standard and preferred robot values are always displayed in bold.
Adjustment of the required time of the hot water cleaning. Both the robot and
milk delivery line are cleaned.
A three times a day a two times a day cleaning (set times cleaning 2 and 3
are the same) are possible.
Adjustment of the required ratio between a cleaning with Astri
®
-cid, an acidic
cleaning agent and a cleaning with Astri
®
-lin, a lye-based cleaning agent.
The robot and the delivery line to the milk tank are cleaned.
Adjustment of the required time interval between the last milking and water
rinsing. Rinsing is carried out to prevent milk from drying inside the
installation. Only the robot is rinsed. As soon as a cow enters the robot for
milking, the lapsed time is set to zero again.
Time required for blowing the milk delivery line between robot and milk tank
empty. This depends on the length of the milk delivery line.
Adjustment of the required time for pre-rinsing. This depends largely on the
length of the milk delivery line.
The time required for draining the cleaning tank. If only one robot is installed,
this is the time required to reach the tank empty level. If several robots are
installed, the adjusted time should be the same for all robots in order to
ensure that all tanks are empty after cleaning and cleaning is synchronised.
Adjustment of the time required for post-rinsing of the milk circuit. This
depends largely on the length of the milk delivery line.
