2.4 DATA FUNCTIONS
Milk yield and conductivity measures can be
displayed in the control room during milking. The
display can also show a number of other cow data.
The data are available if the cow number or the milk
yield is displayed on the display.
Cow data is retrieved by means of the data function
keys (G1-G8) (figure 2.5). By pressing one of the
function keys, the first screen underneath this key is
displayed. The screen is showed for a few seconds
and after this period the milk yield including cow
number is displayed again. By pressing the same
function key within this period of time, the underlying
screens are displayed.
If another function key is pressed prematurely, the
first screen underneath this key will be displayed.
By means of the keys (G1-G8) the following data is retrieved:
(G1) Milk data
(G2) Feed data
(G3) Conductivity data
(G4) Disease codes
(G5) Cow data
(G6) Calendar data
(G7) Temperature data
(G8) Reset
In the following description of the screens underneath the function
keys, "#" represents a digit and "y/n" an option for yes (Y) or no (N).
"O" indicates that the specific value can be inquired only, while "O/I" indicates that the value can be changed with
the help of the keys.
