4.2 SYSTEM STRUCTURE
The functions mentioned before are contained in modules, which in turn form an integral part of the CRS+ control
panel. These modules consist of:
• Cleaning Synchronizer (CS) including the following functions:
- Synchronizing of cleanings by several milking robots (≥ 2). For further information, please also be
referred to chapter 4.5 ’DESCRIPTION OF VARIOUS FUNCTIONS OF THE CLEANING
SYNCHRONIZER (CS)’.
- Switching the three-way valve, tank valve (optional) or valves of the pre-cooling installation (optional).
- Releasing the milk in the milk tank to the milk collection driver by means of the hotkey "Emptying the milk
tank". For further information, please also be referred to section 4.5.8 ’Emptying the milk tank’.
• Cleaning Reporting User Interface (CRUI)
This includes control of the display and LED’s including reading-out the keyboard [chapter 4.6 ’CLEANING
REPORTING USER INTERFACE (CRUI)’].
• Remote Alarm System (RAS) includes the following functions:
- Collecting active alarms of the milking robots that have already been installed.

- Forwarding alarms to the user by means of an alarm signal or via a telephone line.
