Operator’s manual ASTRONAUT

1 General
This manual covers the instructions for the ASTRONAUT
milking robotic system and should be used in conjunction
with the manuals for the other major systems/
components. The robotic milking system consists of
(figure 1.1):
• ASTRONAUT milking robot (A)
• PC including T4C

/NEDAP X-pert management
system and central memory VCPC (B)
• Milk delivery system (C)
• E-Link (D) (optional)
• CRS+ (cleaning reporting system) (E)
(not shown)
• Alarm box (F) (not shown).
The ASTRONAUT milking robot consists of:
• Multiple function control box (A) (figure 1.2)
• Robot control box (B)
• Robot arm (C).
