• Emptying the cooler for main cleaning
At the start of main cleaning, the intermediate cooler is emptied to avoid a sharp drop of temperature of the
hot cleaning water.
This can be achieved by means of compressed air or drainage (water valve).
4.5.4 Control of the milk tank three-way valve
The milk tank three-way valve is controlled fully automatically by the milking robot.
4.5.5 Control of tank valve (optional)
This function applies if the milk tank is equipped with a pneumatically controlled tank valve.
4.5.6 Synchronization of main cleaning
This function synchronizes the main cleaning of several milking robots. Progress of synchronizing is displayed on
the CRS+ screen (see table 4.2).
