Operator’s manual ASTRONAUT
M-WE.001.0705
NO ADMITTANCE FOR UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS
(p/n 9.1185.0205.6)
The most important safety device on this equipment is a
SAFE operator. It is the operator’s responsibility to read
and understand ALL safety and operating instructions in
the manual and to follow these. Most accidents can be
avoided.
A person who has not read and understood all operating
and safety instructions is not qualified to operate this
machine. An untrained operator exposes himself and
bystanders to possible serious injury or death.
For more detailed information concerning safety alert messages, carefully read section ’SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS’.
SAFETY BAR MUST BE IN THE LOWERED POSITION
(p/n 9.1170.0588.5)
Before operating the milking robot, the safety bar must be in the lowered (down) position.
In general, install and properly secure all guards, safety bars and shields before operating.
NOTE
When the safety bar is moved to the upright position, the milking robot simultaneously becomes inoperative
(air pressure and electrical power can still be applied).
For more detailed information concerning safety alert messages, carefully read section ’OPERATING SAFETY’.
