7.3.3 Process controller rinse funcon
This funcon accelerates the motor in sleep mode of the process controller at regular intervals
t
o a dened speed.
Details
A typical applicaon for this funcon is the rinsing of a pipe system with a pump that has been
in an inacve state for a longer period to prevent deposits.
•
In or
der to
acvate the rinsing funcon, set the selecon "Enabled [1]" in 0x4024:001
(P615.01).

7.3.4 Process controller funcon

By means of the following funcons, the response of the inverter can be controlled when PID
control is acvated.

"Deacvate PID controller" funcon.
Trigger = TRUE: If PID control is acvated, ignore PID control and drive
the motor in speed-controlled manner.
Trigger = FALSE: If PID control is acvated, drive the motor with PID
control.
Notes:
•
The PID control mode can be selected in 0x4020:001 (P600.01).
0 Not connected No trigger assigned (trigger is constantly FALSE).

Assignment of a trigger for the "Set process controller output to 0"
funcon.
Trigger = TRUE: If PID control is acvated, I component and the output of
the PID c
ontroller are set to 0 and the internal control algorithm is
stopped. The PID control remains acve.
Trigger = FALSE: no acon / deacvate funcon again.
0 Not connected No trigger assigned (trigger is constantly FALSE).
