9.5.7 Heavy load monitoring
If the apparent current of the motor exceeds a dened threshold value due to a heavy duty
s
tate, a congurable error is triggered (incl. logbook entry).
Condions
Monitoring is acvated as soon as the motor is running. Monitoring can be deacvated with
the seng "No response".

Details
Exceedance of the dened threshold:
•
If the actual appar
ent current exceeds the congured threshold value, the delay me
encoder is started.
•
If the actual appar
ent motor current falls below the threshold value minus 5% (hysteresis -
not adjustable), the delay me encoder is set to zero.
Independent of the error response, the output signal (Heavy duty monitoring [84]) is
triggered:
•
If the actual appar
ent current of the motor exceeds the threshold for longer than the delay
me, the output signal is set to TRUE.
•
If the actual appar
ent current of the motor falls below the threshold value minus 5%
(hysteresis), the output signal is set to FALSE.
•
If the delay me is set to 0 seconds, the output signal is immediately set to TRUE.
The error response is acvated according to its sengs:
•
If the actual appar
ent current of the motor exceeds the threshold value for longer than the
congured delay me, the selected error response is acvated.
•
When the error response is triggered, an entry is generated in the logbook (excepon:
