The 32 subcodes represent the nodes to be monitored by means of heartbeat.
Each subcode entry contains a bit code that specifies the expected "heartbeat" time and the node ID (node
address) from which the heartbeat telegram is expected.
The parameterised time is rounded down to an integer multiple of 5 ms. Its value must be higher than the
heartbeat producer time of the node to be monitored.
The response to a non-received heartbeat telegram can be parameterised in C00613
.

Each subcode entry contains a bit code that specifies the guard time, the lifetime factor and the node ID (node
address) from which the heartbeat telegram is expected.
