2 Reseat all the installed output options on the

3 Clear obstructions along the paper path.
4 Make sure that the sensors (pass through) are
free from obstructions.

If the problem remains, then go to “Finisher diverter
jam service check” on page 185.
455.72 Finisher/offset stacker diverter failed to reach its
home position
455.79 Finisher/offset stacker paddle failed to leave its home
position
1 POR the printer.
2 Reseat all the installed output options on the
printer.
3 Clear obstructions along the paper path.
4 Make sure that the sensors (pass through) are
