Check the following pins of the JADF1 connector on the controller
board if the values are as shown:
a Pins 14 and 16 are +25V.
b Pins 15 and 22 are +3V.
c Pins 17, 18, and 23 are GND.
Are the values approximately correct?

Scanner diagnostics > Sensor tests
b Find the sensor (ADF closed).
Does the sensor status change while toggling the sensor?

Check the actuator for misalignment and damage.
Is the actuator misaligned or damaged?

Replace the ADF. See
