TheECUrequiresapreciserollingcircumferenceratiobetweenthefrontsteeraxleand
thereardriveaxlesforoptimumperformanceofthesystem.Forthisreason,thesystem
continuouslycalculatesthepreciseratioandstorestheinformationintheECUmemory.
CAUTION
EffectivenessoftheRSAsystemreliesontheaccuracyofthereportedvehicle
speed.Ifmajorchangestotyresizesaremade,suchthatchangestothevehicle
speedometer/odometersettingsarerequired,theAdvancedEC-60™ECUmustbe
reprogrammedwiththenewvaluesbyaqualiedtechnician.
EnhancedStabilityProgram
EnhancedStabilityProgram(ESP)isanoptionalsystemthatusesexistingABSandA TC
componentswiththeadditionofelectronicsensorsandbrakevalves.Thesystemwill
automaticallyapplyandreleaseindividualbrakestoimprovevehiclecontrolwhenextreme
conditionsaredetected.Intheeventapendingrolloversituationissensed,thesystem
appliesallbrakestoreducevehiclespeedtolessenthepossibilityofrollover.Pleasereferto
