If the sensor or the sensor cable is defective:
- If possible, save the current sensor settings in a parameter set, see Chap. 7.7.1, in
order to load again the settings back into the sensor after the repair.
- Please send us the effected parts for repair or exchange.
In the case of faults the cause of which is not clearly identifiable, the whole measuring
system must be sent back to

Using the diagnostic file, see menu Help/Info, you can save the current sensor settings into a file. The diagnostics file effects the
same result as the command PRINT ALL, see Chap. A 6.3.1.7
