Cross-over Pinning
Figure B-16 shows a diagram of a typical Category 5 hook-up cable with the
transmit/receive cross-over pinning implemented. This cable can be used when
only two devices must be connected. For example, it can be used to connect
two workstations, or a server connected to a single client.
