GTs,n Sets the lead trim distance n for the sensor pair specified by s. s=1 is inner, s=2 is
middle and s=3 is outer pair.
GW Write the current configuration in RAM to the EEROM. You need this command to save
any changes made.
‘H’ Manual Stop Drive Motors
H Stops the drive motors. (The system must be in MANUAL mode).
‘I’ Read Inputs
This reads the state of the inputs to the board and displays the values as a 16 bit
number. Bits values are:
0 Skew A input.
1 Skew B input.
2 Crease Crunch input.
3 GUI CPU PWM input.
4 GUI CPU TRIGGER input.
5 Not used.
6 Home Slot 1 (micro-switch not used).
7 Home Slot 2 (crease blade flag).
8 Tilt Home Switch.
9 Engineer Plug in/out input.
10 Engineer Plug 2 input (not used).
‘K’ Select Skew Control Sensors
Kn Move the creaser bar the specified number of steps. ‘n’ may be -100 to 100.
KD Disconnect the tilt control. The creaser bar will not be tilted to line up with the lead-
edge of the sheet. This is always cancelled on a power reset.
KE Enable the tilt control. The creaser bar will be tilted to line up with the lead-edge of the
sheet.
KPn Select the skew mode (skew sensor pair to used). Valid values are:
n = 0 Auto mode: Use the width returned from the GUI CPU to select a pair.
n = 1 Use the inner sensor pair.
n = 2 Use the middle sensor pair.
n = 3 Use the outer sensor pair.
‘R’ Manual Run Drive Motors
R This single letter command starts the motors running. The system must be in MANUAL
mode.
‘S’ Set Speed as a percentage of full
Sn ‘n’ is the percentage speed between 0 and 100. This scale is not the same as the
percent speed set on the GUI Panel. 100% speed on the GUI corresponds to a small
amount greater than 80% of the full speed available from the creaser motor.
‘W’ GUI CPU PC Link Commands
This issues specific commands to the GUI CPU. It does not allow arbitrary commands
to be sent. Only those commands used by the MFC are supported.
WK Issues the K8 command. It displays the reply from the GUI CPU or an error code.
