Bin programming
error
The bins in the DocuMaster MFC
have not initialised properly.
• Turn MFC off then on again.
• Replace feed bin control PCB
(See Section 4.8.7).
Bin reset The feed bin control PCB has reset.
• Turn the MFC off and then on
again.
Cannot start fold
axis changing
The fold axis in the online
bookletmaker is moving.
• Allow the axis to set its position
then touch the START button.
Cannot start tray
down
A suction feed bin tray is down.
• Touch the START button to raise
the tray.
• Check that the tray lift motor
pinion is engaged with the tray lift
quadrant
(See Section 4.8.4).
Cannot start tray
empty
The feed bin is empty.
Cannot start trim
axis changing
The trim axis in the online
bookletmaker is moving.
• Allow the axis to set its position
then touch the START button.
Cannot start width
axis changing
The width axis in the online
bookletmaker is moving.
• Allow the axis to set its position
then touch the START button.
Creaser Error 1 The sheet was shorter than expected.
• Check the sheet length is correct.
Creaser Error 2 The sheet was longer than expected.
• Check the sheet length is correct.
Creaser Error 3 Job data queue overflow.
• There were too many sheet feeds
stored in the crease buffer. An
expected sheet did not arrive in
the creaser.
Creaser Error 4 Creaser blade initialisation failed.
Creaser Error 5 Blade clip out. Not used.
Creaser Error 6 Job data queue under flowed.
• The number of sheets stored in
the creaser buffer is not sufficient.
An unexpected sheet arrived in
the creaser.
Creaser Error 7 Invalid job data arrived back from the
GUI CPU or timed out.
• Bad data sent from GUI CPU to
creaser.
Creaser Error 8 Only one of the skew sensors was
covered.
(See Section 2.1.7)
Creaser Error 9 The machine is running too fast to
stop for the next crease.
