Creaser Error 10 Unknown Creaser error.
Creaser Jam There is paper in the Creaser module.
Emergency Stop The emergency stop button has been
pressed. Turn the emergency stop
button clockwise to release it.
(See Section 1.7.2).
Error on 28V Rail The 28V Rail voltage has stopped.
• The F2 fuse is defective.
(See Section 7.1.1).
Fuses Blown The F4 or F5 fuse on the Motor Drive
PCB in the drive unit is defective.
(See Section 7.1.1).
• The windjammer cable or signal
interface PCB is not connected.
(See Section 4.6.1).
Initialising bins The MFC has done a check for bin
control software updates.
(See Section 4.5.6).
Motor stalled The GUI CPU has not received the
PWM signal input from the Creaser
Controller PCB.
No response The feed bins in the MFC have not
initialised properly.
• Turn MFC off and then on again.
No zerox The zerox PCB has been removed or
is defective.
• Check the zerox PCB
(see Section 4.7.5).
Power fail The mains supply has been
interrupted.
• Turn MFC off and then on again.
PSU voltage error There is a voltage error. (See Section 7.2.1).
• The Interface PCB is defective.
(See Section 4.7.5).
Rear cover open The rear guard has been removed. (See Section 4.2.7).
• The rear guard interlock switch is
not set correctly.
(See Section 4.5.26)
SFT jam There is a paper jam in the online
bookletmaker.

SFT stalled The online bookletmaker drive motor
does not turn.
• Check the online bookletmaker
drive system

staple head error There is a staple head fault in the
online bookletmaker.
• Turn the online bookletmaker off
and then on again.
Staple heads
offline
There is a staple head control system
fault in the online bookletmaker.
• Turn the online bookletmaker off
and then on again.
(See 70-099 BMP
Service Manual).
Staples low A staple cassette in the online
bookletmaker is empty.
• Replace the empty staple
cassette.
