Exiting Scheduler
You can close Scheduler by right clicking on Scheduler system tray icon and selecting the Exit
option.
Troubleshooting with Scheduler
If Scheduler crashes or if you face any problem while performing scheduled backup/restore
operations you need to find the job and scheduler log files.
1 Exit the scheduler application if it is still running. If you are not sure if it is still running, press
<Ctrl><Alt><Del> to view the Task Manager. Scheduler.exe should not appear on the
Task Manager.
2 Navigate to the ICSRT folder.
The db folder contains the JobQueue.mdb file, which contains all the information about the
jobs. This provides information about the situation.
3 In the Scheduler folder, look for the log file (Sched_<dateandtime>.log) that was created
nearest to the time when the problem occurred. Send this file to your field support team.
Note: It is recommended not to close the scheduler application as jobs scheduled for that
particular duration will not be scheduled for execution.
